We do not collect your private messages from TikTok, Instagram, or X, or any non-public data from those platforms.

• Device identifiers (e.g., UUID)
• App usage data
• Transaction metadata (e.g., token purchases, blockchain activity)
• Referral sources and in-app behavior (e.g., what screens you view)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Services
• Facilitate blockchain interactions
• Authenticate your account and link social profiles
• Communicate with you, including support
• Diagnose bugs or issues
• Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud

3. Blockchain-Specific Information

The Stack app interacts with decentralized blockchain protocols, which are immutable and public by design.

Blockchain Data May Include:

• Wallet addresses
• Token balances
• Transactions

Important Note: Data published to a public blockchain cannot be deleted or modified by us. If you transact on-chain (e.g., by minting or buying tokens), those actions and associated data will be permanently recorded.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

• Farcaster – Social graph and identity
• Uniswap – Trading onchain assets
• TikTok / Instagram / X – For login and linking public profile data

Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy, and you are encouraged to review them individually.

5. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You may delete your account anytime from Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This will remove all personal data stored on our servers, including your name, email, and non-blockchain content.

Note: Any data already written to the blockchain will remain there permanently and cannot be deleted.

Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days following deletion. Some usage and transactional data may be retained for legal, security, or debugging purposes.

6. Cookies and Device Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in
• Analyze app behavior
• Provide crash diagnostics

You can manage cookie preferences through your device or browser settings.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete data (excluding blockchain)
• Withdraw consent
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

8. Children's Privacy

The Stack app is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and disclosure. However, no security system is impenetrable, especially when interacting with open blockchains.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via the app or email.
